R-Anell Housing Group, LLC Wins Award

R-Anell Housing Group, LLC, with headquarters in Denver, is the recipient of the Manufactured Housing Institute’s (MHI) National Industry Award for Production Modular Home Under 1,400 Square Feet. The award was presented April 23 during the 2003 National Congress and Expo for Manufactured and Modular Housing, in Las Vegas, Nevada. MHI is the national trade organization representing all segments of the modular housing industries including manufacturers, retailers, community owners, suppliers, financial institutions, state associations and developers. “R-Anell Housing Group LLC has been honored for their excellence in design innovation,” said Chris Stinebert, president of MHI. “With their forward thinking and extraordinary dedication they have promoted a positive image for the industry and demonstrated the industry’s true potential. We are proud of their many accomplishments.” This 1,397 square foot, energy star constructed home features a 6/12 pitched roof, multiple dormers, crosshead window pediments, three bedrooms, two baths, and living and dining room areas. The National Industry Awards are presented annually. Entries submitted for awards in the Production modular Home Under 1,400 Square Feet category were judged by an independent panel of architects and building professionals. R-Anell Housing Group, LLC manufactures system built single family homes, apartments, condominiums, and a variety of commercial structures. The company distributes single family homes in the seven southeastern states through 65 independent retailer builders and three company owned retail outlets. R-Anell ranked #1 or #2 in modular housing market share in the Carolina’s from 1997 to 2001.
