Mohican Mills Makeover Complete – Space Available

The 500,000sf Mohican Mills Facility in Lincolnton recently completed an extensive makeover and has multi-tenant space available immediately to suit a wide array of manufacturing and distribution users . The entire facility is also available for  lease or purchase. Ceiling heights within the facility vary from 16′ to 30′. The facility is sprinkled and there are 16 dock high doors and 3 drive-in doors.
