Lincoln Industrial Park has 2nd Ground-breaking

The Keith Corporation Thursday broke ground for a 60,650 square foot speculative building that overlooks U.S. 321 North in the Lincoln County Industrial Park. It’s the park’s second ground-breaking in two weeks. RSI Home Products broke ground for a 200,000 square foot plant on September 4, 2003. The Keith Corporation is the park’s developer. Alan Lewis, a Keith Corporation partner, said the latest building will be finished by March 1, 2004. The Charlotte based Keith Corporation plans to invest up to $2.1 million in the tilt-wall building that’s designed to expand to 100,650 square feet, Lewis said.
