Lincoln County NC to be the North American HQ for Rato Power Company

Lincoln County, NC – Lincoln Economic Development Association co-hosted with Rato NA the launching of their new American Headquarters located in Denver NC. The event was well attended by state and local officials as well as customers and suppliers to Rato.

Rato is a manufacturer of water pumps, generators and general purpose engines used primarily for outdoor power equipment as well as ATV’s and motorcycles. This is the first facility outside of China for Rato Power Co.

Governor Bev Perdue attended the event showing her support to the Chinese based company on their decision to locate in Lincoln County NC. “Creating jobs is my top priority,” says the Governor. “Today we are here to celebrate the creation of forty new executive jobs; you can see the start of something big for this community.”
