German Company Breaks Ground on New Facility

Lincoln County – The Lincoln Economic Development Association hosted a ground-breaking ceremony for Sennebogen on Thursday, October 9, 2008. Despite the weather, there was great crowd who came out to support the new German company. Among the guest speakers were Tom Anderson, chairman of the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners; Sam Kleto, president of SC Hondros & Associates and Constantino Lannes, president of Sennebogen.

Sennebogen is a fifty year old company from Straubing, Germany who manufacturers the world’s most specialized bulk material-handling equipment. In July of this year, Sennebogen announced their plans to invest $5.1 million into a 48,000 square foot parts distribution, training and technical support center in Eastern Lincoln County. The facility is expected to be operational in early 2009 and promises to bring twenty-five new jobs to Lincoln County.
