Texture Plus Corporation relocates to Lincolnton

August 7, 2018, Lincoln County, NC –

Texture Plus is announcing their corporate and manufacturing relocation from Long Island, New York to Lincolnton, North Carolina. Producing polymer-based building materials for over three decades, Texture Plus is a family-owned and operated business serving contractors, DIY’ers and corporate customers in multiple industries globally.

Lincoln Economic Development Association has been working with Texture Plus for over a year in the recruitment effort which culminated on Monday night, August 6th, when the Lincoln County Board of Commissioner’s approved an Industrial Incentive Grant request on behalf of the company. Having purchased a building off Roseland Drive in Lincolnton, Texture Plus will be investing in facility improvements and creating over 30 new jobs for county residents.

Paul Kampe, President of Texture Plus in a statement said, “We decided about a year ago to begin our relocation search and quickly narrowed our choice to either North or South Carolina. It became apparent through the search efforts that Lincoln County had the location, facilities and the support system we were looking for through the work of the Lincoln Economic Development Association.”

Lincoln Economic Development Association chairman, Joe Lampron, “It is a great compliment when a company says that Lincoln County and North Carolina are where they want to be, especially when competing against South Carolina who is very aggressive with their incentive packages. Texture Plus will create more job opportunities for our citizens, and also bring an older building back to life with a new sense of purpose and mission.”

Bill Beam, Board of Commission Chairman, states “We are very happy Texture Plus chose Lincolnton for their new location. They are a successful business with a family culture that will fit in well in Lincolnton and will be another great employment opportunity for our citizens.”

Texture Plus manufactures decorative wall panels that replicate stone, wood, bamboo and other finishes with over 850 designs used both indoors and outdoors.  Products are sold directly to customers throughout the US and through international distributors in Australia, Brazil, and Thailand.
