Need Direction? New LEDA Map Shows Streets and Sites
Finding your way around Lincoln Count has never been easier. With the new Lincoln County map, not only is it simple to find highways and interstates, but golf courses, libraries and shopping centers. The Lincoln Economic Development Association has spent many months updating and perfecting a comprehensive map for residents and visitors. The double-sided map features Lincoln County on one side and the City of Lincolnton on the other. The map is designed to be very user-friendly for Lincoln County natives and first time visitors alike. The new map includes a complete street index. Road names are clearly marked and easy to read. Also included on the map are: Business and Industrial Parks, Airports, Boat Ramps, EMS Bases, Fire Stations, Golf Courses, Hospitals, Libraries, Marinas, Parks, Points of Interest, Post Offices, Schools and Shopping Centers. The new maps cost $3.95 and can be picked up at the Lincolnton Wal-mart and Country Club Market on Country Club Road. They will soon be available at Jones’ Exxon on N.C. 16. LEDA is encouraging all retail stores to carry the new maps. For information on the vendor program, contact Laura Foor at LEDA at 704-748-1503.
