The City of Lincolnton and Lincoln County share in a commitment to governmental cooperation. In fact, with Lincolnton being the only incorporated area, the two governmental bodies have been able to develop a productive, long-term working relationship. Proof of this commitment is in the combining of governmental services such as economic development, building inspection and recreation.
