WINS (Welcoming Industry’s New Stars)

Lincoln Economic Development Association has developed a new business program; the WINS Program includes a wide range of complimentary services so that new industry’s can focus on running their business. There are four phases to this program which start from the moment an industry decides to locate in Lincoln County all the way through their first anniversary of doing business here.

Phase 1: Industry Decision to Announcement

Phase 2: Industry Announcement to Pre-Opening (To include new industry and existing industry who are expanding or building a new facility)

Phase 3: From Industry Opening to One Year Anniversary

Phase 4: Year One Forward
